Offertory Prayer Liturgist
All: Loving God, you give and give, and didn’t think the life of your son was too high a price to pay for our salvation. Jesus’ life was an example of sacrificial giving, all the way to the cross. As we give this day, we want our gifts to impact the world, but even more, we want them to bring glory to Christ, who lived and died for all your children. Help us to not hold back anything. We pray in the name of your son, our savior and redeemer, Amen.

Would You Like to Help
Camp Egan on April 9?
Sign Up by April 2.
We’re planning a church workday at Egan Camp and Retreat Center on Saturday, April 9th. We’ll leave the church at 8:00 am in convoy for those who don’t know how to get there. (We’ll take our cars so that folks can leave when they need to.) If anyone needs to arrive later, that’s not a problem.
If the weather’s nice, we’ll do some work on flowerbeds, rake walnuts and leaves, power wash the swimming pool, paint and number the disc golf “holes” or paint/stain the Founder’s House deck.
If the weather’s rainy or cold, we’ll paint inside the buildings, mount TV’s and sound system in the Tabernacle, and scrape and paint the A/C ducts in the dining hall.
These are a few of the tasks that need to be done. The tasks vary with whoever volunteers and whatever you/we feel comfortable doing and can be done with the time we have available. We won’t get it all done, but we’ll put a big dent in the list!
Lunch will be served at camp. A sign-up sheet is out in the Narthex. Let us know what you like doing, and we’ll try to match you with the right task.
Blessings,
George Warren,
FUMC Missions Coordinator and
Member of Egan Site Development Committee
