Pastoral Prayer Rev. Matt Franks

The Lord’s Prayer

ALL: Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come; thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.

UMW NEWS

We are planning two service projects for Help in Crisis, our local women’s and children's domestic abuse shelter. The first event is Tuesday, June 1st at 10 am in the Atrium, where we will bring kitchen utensils and supplies such as silverware, pots, and pans, cooking spatulas and spoons, etc. Some of the items will stay with the shelter and some will go with the women when they leave.

On Tuesday, July 13th we will meet again to collect cleaning supplies such as buckets, detergent, bleach, mops, brooms, and cleaning rags. Everyone is welcome to participate in this project and is invited for lunch afterward at a local restaurant.
