1. To oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of church equipment, buildings, and property.
2. To see that designated memorials are used as the giver intended.
3. To promote and emphasize the importance of a property maintenance fund for church buildings and parsonages.
4. To report to the Church Council.
5. Members are elected for three year rotating terms.
