  1. To develop and maintain job descriptions for the lay and clergy staff.
  2. To serve as the liaison between the lay and clergy staff and the church.
  3. To make the annual recommendations to the District Superintendent on the strengths and needs of the church that the cabinet uses in determining clergy appointment/reappointment.
  4. To recommend salaries for the next year to the Finance committee based on the economics of the church and community.
  5. To report to the Church Council.
  6. Members are elected for three year rotating terms.
