- To develop and maintain job descriptions for the lay and clergy staff.
- To serve as the liaison between the lay and clergy staff and the church.
- To make the annual recommendations to the District Superintendent on the strengths and needs of the church that the cabinet uses in determining clergy appointment/reappointment.
- To recommend salaries for the next year to the Finance committee based on the economics of the church and community.
- To report to the Church Council.
- Members are elected for three year rotating terms.
