1. To be responsible for the missions and outreach of the church to the community of Tahlequah, the district, the state, the nation, and the world.
2. To promote regular "Missions Moments" to help foster mission awareness within the congregation.
3. To do a needs assessment of the Care Ministries of the church to determine how we can best be of service and to communicate those needs to the church.
4. To provide budget amounts for the Care Ministries and volunteers when feasible.
5. To encourage and promote Volunteers in Mission (VIM) both locally and away.
6. To develop a group of people interested in Volunteers in Mission and their skills.
7. To coordinate dates of activities impacting the whole church with the Church Council and the church office.
8. To sponsor an international missionary.
9. To communicate midyear vacancies to Lay Leadership Development Committee for appointments.
10. To report to the Church Council.
